Xiaomi is growing up with her March 29 incident. The company will not only introduce three or four MI11 phones, complete with a new liquid lens technology and MI Mix phone for good measurement.
Today we also learn that the company will bring a silicon oxygen anode battery for the MI11 Ultra and will introduce a brand new chip without actually saying what it will do.
The battery of the Mi 11 Ultra will have super fast charging, and according to the company, CO2 technology will help make the mobile phone slimmer and charge faster. The idea is derived from "new energy vehicles" and will introduce nano-scale silicon materials with negative electrodes that would theoretically be 10 times more capable than graphite.
Talking about the new chip, Xiaomi said that it is happily "adding" to the new launch, apparently with the approval of the Surge S1SC, which will return in 2017. However, it's not clear if we'll see a new Surge S2, or something with dedicated ISP lines for liquid glasses.
